You have a general right to withdraw  from your order within 14 days without giving any reason. However, since perfume is a hygiene product, a seal is attached to the packaging, as soon as this is cut or removed, returns can no longer be granted.

The revocation period is 14 days from the day

- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are or will be delivered uniformly;

- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods, provided that you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately;

- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece, if you have ordered goods that are delivered in several partial shipments or pieces.

You must bear the costs of the return shipment yourself.

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you or a third party (other than the carrier) designated by you takes possession of the goods.

2. Conditions for Returns

To initiate a return, the item must be in unused, undamaged condition and in its original packaging. We kindly ask you to include the purchase receipt or an order confirmation to facilitate the return process.

3. Exemptions from the Right of Return

Some products are excluded from return, including:

  • Products that are sealed for hygiene or health reasons and whose seal has been removed after delivery.

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

Please check the product details before purchase to ensure there are no return restrictions.

4. Return Shipping Costs

The cost of returning the item is the responsibility of you. We recommend keeping proof of shipment, as we cannot be held liable for any lost return shipments.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will refund your payment without undue delay, but no later than 14 days from the date we received the returned item. The refund will be issued via the original payment method.
